Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mirrored Perfect ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Mirrored Perfect is a dance practice application that allows users to:

  • Import reference dance videos
  • Record their own practice sessions
  • Compare their recordings side-by-side with reference videos
  • Track their practice progress

Subscription Terms

Free Tier

The App offers limited free functionality with usage restrictions on recordings and comparisons.

Premium Subscription

  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID account
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

User Content

Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos you record and import into the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to use any reference videos you import
  • Any content you create, store, or share using the App
  • Complying with copyright and intellectual property laws

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
  • Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
  • Circumvent any usage limitations or security measures

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Caffeine Monday and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
