YouTube Creator Program Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the Mirrored Perfect YouTube Creator Program — a tool that lets participating creators authorize Mirrored Perfect to publish dance videos to their own YouTube channel on their behalf, on an agreed schedule. It is specific to our YouTube integration and is separate from the main Mirrored Perfect app's privacy policy.

Information We Access

When you connect your YouTube channel, you grant access through Google's OAuth consent screen. Using the YouTube Data API, we access only:

• Upload access (youtube.upload): to publish videos to your channel that you have agreed to post as part of the program.
• Channel identity (youtube.readonly): to read your channel's name and ID so we can confirm which channel a post belongs to.

We do not access your private videos, watch history, analytics, comments, subscriber lists, or any other Google account data beyond the above.

How We Use This Information

• To upload and publish the videos you have agreed to post through the Creator Program.
• To identify your channel and keep a record of what was posted to it.

We do not use your Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than operating the posting service you signed up for.

Information We Store

• An OAuth refresh token, which lets us publish on your behalf without asking you to sign in each time. It is stored securely and access-restricted.
• Your YouTube channel ID and title.
• A log of videos we have posted to your channel (filename, title, date, link).

How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Data

We do not sell or rent your Google/YouTube data, and we do not share it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the Creator Program. We share it only as needed to run the posting service:

• Google / YouTube — we send your videos to the YouTube Data API to publish them to your channel.
• Service providers — we use third-party hosting and database providers that store your authorization tokens and operate the posting service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations and solely for this purpose.

We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to any other party except (a) with your consent, or (b) when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Revoking Access and Deleting Your Data

• You can revoke Mirrored Perfect's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• On revocation, or on request, we delete your stored refresh token. To request deletion of your stored data, email alex@caffeinemonday.com.

Limited Use Disclosure

Mirrored Perfect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

The Creator Program uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; your use of YouTube is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
